Limited live group. Full event details and policies are on Luma.

You’re capable. You’re not broken.

But sometimes you can think harder, work longer, and keep pushing—and still meet the same wall. LEAP gives you another option: change your state first, then see what becomes possible.

One practice. Four connected levels.

LEAP brings your whole system into the reset rather than asking your mind to solve everything by itself.

01

Physical

Return attention to your body and breath.

02

Mental

Interrupt the loop and create room for clearer thinking.

03

Emotional

Move through the charge instead of staying caught in it.

04

Energetic

Reconnect with your energy and inner guidance.

Four minutes can change your next move.

LEAP helps restore response-ability: your ability to change state, see more clearly, and choose how you want to respond. The situation may not change immediately. Your access to yourself can.

With repeated practice, that reset can support clearer decisions, stronger boundaries, better connection, and greater ownership of where you are going and what you want to create.

No. You do not need experience with meditation, breathwork, energy work, or movement practices.
